Terms of Supply

1. Research Use Only

Products supplied by R10 Research are supplied exclusively for legitimate in vitro laboratory research. They are not supplied for human or animal use, consumption or administration, or for therapeutic, cosmetic, veterinary, diagnostic or personal purposes.

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as encouraging, promoting or recommending human or animal use. You must not purchase, possess, administer, resupply or otherwise deal with any product for a purpose other than lawful in vitro laboratory research.

2. No Medical or Administration Advice

Product descriptions, scientific references, batch documentation and Certificates of Analysis are provided solely for research identification, transparency and traceability. Nothing on the website constitutes medical, therapeutic, veterinary, diagnostic or clinical advice, dosage guidance, administration advice or reconstitution guidance for human or animal use.

You are responsible for determining whether your purchase, possession, storage, handling and intended research use comply with all applicable laws, approvals and institutional requirements.

3. Research Accounts and Acknowledgements

To view restricted pricing, access certain product information and place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, create a research account and provide accurate registration information, including your intended research purpose and any required research-use acknowledgement.

Creating an account does not involve manual approval and does not mean that R10 Research has verified or approved your qualifications, institution, research project or legal authority. You remain responsible for ensuring that your information is accurate and that you are appropriately qualified and authorised.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, false or misleading information has been provided, fraudulent or prohibited activity has occurred, or continued access creates a legal, payment, security or operational risk.

4. Product Information

R10 Research aims to provide accurate product descriptions, batch information and supporting documentation where available. Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the product supplied.

Certificates of Analysis and batch documentation relate only to the identified product or batch and do not constitute medical advice, therapeutic approval or a representation that a product is suitable for human or animal use or for any particular research method or outcome. You are responsible for reviewing all available product information before ordering.

5. Pricing, Payment and Orders

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and may be visible only to registered research account holders. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude shipping and any other charges shown during checkout. GST will be applied where required by law.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders remain subject to stock availability, successful payment, compliance with these Terms, applicable legal requirements and our ability to fulfil the order.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary because of stock, payment, fraud, legal, compliance, safety or suspected misuse concerns. Any refund following cancellation will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Shipping, Returns and Consumer Rights

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, transport disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Returns, refunds and replacements are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the website or any product unlawfully, purchase or resupply products for human or animal use, provide false or misleading account or research information, attempt to circumvent research-use controls, misuse product documentation, interfere with website security or operation, or purchase on behalf of another person where the intended use would breach these Terms.

8. Website Content and Availability

Website content is provided for general information and research product identification. We may update, remove or modify content, pricing, documentation and product availability without notice.

While reasonable care is taken, we do not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, current or free from errors. If an error affects an order, we will provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R10 Research is not liable for loss, damage or expense arising from unlawful or prohibited use, use outside legitimate in vitro research, reliance on website information as medical or therapeutic advice, incorrect information supplied by a customer, improper storage or handling after delivery, or a customer's breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

10. Privacy, Changes and Contact

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Updated Terms will apply to future use of the website and orders placed after publication, except where otherwise required by law.
